Now that the negotiators have worked and argued for the best deal for the faculty this year, it is your turn as faculty to either ratify or reject these changes to the contract. It is your prerogative to determine if the proposed changes are acceptable to you. The previous post outlines the substance of the changes and the signed Tentative Agreements on changes to many articles.
For ratification purposes here is a complete document of the entire Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) with all edits and changes from last year’s version marked. Upon ratification, this will become the new CBA.
